At Gems & Jewels, we strive to ensure the best quality in every order. Please note that we do not offer refunds under any circumstances.
We offer product exchange only in cases where the item received is broken, defective, rusted, or incorrect. To be eligible for an exchange, customers must report the issue within 48 hours of delivery.
To process an exchange request, clear photo or video proof of the product must be shared with our support team. Claims submitted without proper evidence will not be accepted. Once the issue is verified, we will guide you through the exchange process.
Please note that no exchange claims will be entertained after 48 hours, and products showing signs of wear, use, or damage after delivery will not be eligible for exchange.
Shipping Policy
We currently offer domestic shipping only.

- Free delivery on all orders above Rs. 3,000
